With over 11 years in the pool construction industry, I am dedicated to designing and building high-quality pools that enhance outdoor spaces and bring families together. From design to installation, I’ve gained extensive experience in sales, project management, and hands-on construction. I prioritize quality craftsmanship and clear communication to exceed client expectations.
At Thompson Custom Pools, my wife and I emphasize integrity, transparency, and excellence. We believe a well-designed pool not only looks great but also serves as a space for families to connect and create lasting memories.
Our core values guide us to treat clients like family, be honest in our work, and put in the effort to make every project special. We pride ourselves on turning your vision into reality with a seamless, stress-free process.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our daughter, and our six dogs, as well as exploring the outdoors and seeking new innovations in the pool industry.
Angela
As a lifelong entrepreneur and business leader, I bring extensive experience in franchise ownership, business consulting, and mental health therapy to my role as co-owner of Thompson Custom Pools. With over 18 years of helping businesses grow, including owning and selling a successful franchise, I have valuable insights into running a thriving business by balancing strategy, service, and integrity.
As a licensed therapist, I also have a strong foundation in understanding people, communication, and problem-solving. Whether guiding clients through significant life transitions or helping families realize their backyard dreams, I prioritize listening, empathy, and trust. These principles guide our operations at Thompson Custom Pools, where we emphasize transparency, care, and a commitment to excellence.

When I’m not managing the business, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, caring for our six dogs, cheering for the Green Bay Packers, and reading.
